I’m devoted to helping you be on your true path, and not let age be a hindrance in enjoying adventure – whether outdoors or in other aspects of your life. 

I’m a Wellness Coach, Nutrition Advisor and Energy Medicine Practitioner, with a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and over 35 years experience in the health and wellness field.

I started hiking in my teens, and I’ve backpacked thousands of miles, with the majority of my outdoor adventures occurring since entering my 60s.

Being and moving mindfully in nature has benefits for your body, mind and spirit, and I’m excited to be on the journey together of living in connection with nature.
