Your True Wild Nature offers resources and programs that support you to live in sync with nature’s rhythms; to practice mindfulness and be in the present; to help you shift your mindset, beliefs and thoughts; tap into trusting your intuition; and improve your mind-body-spirit wellbeing.

One of my passions is helping women be on their true path, and not let age be a hindrance in enjoying adventure outdoors. I started hiking in my teens, and I’ve backpacked thousands of miles, with the majority of my outdoor adventures occurring since entering my 60s.

I’m a Wellness Coach, Nutrition Advisor and Energy Medicine Practitioner, with a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and over 35 years experience in the health and wellness field.
